Story: Alice and childhood friend Lottie opened Cookie Babes in 2021. The two regularly would bake for each other as a pick-me-up whilst Lottie was training as a junior doctor. Lottie took a step back from the business as she pursued a career in the NHS, but Alice, in her own words, was “too passionate and set her sights high”. Since then she has invested in a trailer and is a regular at events such as Bite Street, as well as creating some incredible personalised cookie pies for private orders. They have been branded the best cookies and show no signs of slowing down.
