We are a team of two, Amy ( @hangermanagementuk ) and Ethan ( @ethanwaller ) . Together we have a wealth of skills and knowledge, including 2 independent food business ventures, years of marketing experience and an extensive network of foodie consumers. This combined with 20 years of friendship (built around food and drink), make us a valuable addition and support to your business.

 

We’re on a mission to get the general public choosing independent, local food businesses over chains. Having owned a restaurant in a world where life is tough for hospitality at the moment, we know how much you’ve got on your plate. We’re here to lighten the load.
